A collection, not a catalogue
We represent six houses. Not sixty. Each one has been personally visited, and we know the people who look after it.
That means we can tell you what the morning light feels like in a particular bedroom, where to have lunch outside, or which house will suit the way you want to spend your stay.
Each villa comes with the standards of a great hotel, but with the privacy and freedom of a home. The details differ from one house to another — and are clearly set out on each villa page.
Rates are published whenever possible, so you can understand the price of your stay before getting in touch. Exact addresses remain private until booking.

Two destinations, one way of living
From the French Riviera to Marbella, our villas are set in places shaped by the sea, the light and a long tradition of hospitality.
The Côte d'Azur offers a particular blend of discretion, culture and Mediterranean elegance. Marbella brings a warmer, more relaxed rhythm, with long days outdoors, generous entertaining spaces and the sea always close by.
Different in character, both destinations share the same appeal: privacy, beauty and the freedom to make the stay entirely your own.

Each villa offers a different way to experience its destination — from quiet mornings overlooking the Mediterranean to long lunches, days at sea and evenings shared at home.
Our role is to make that experience feel effortless. We help select the right house, coordinate with the teams on site and arrange the details around the way you want to stay.
Before arrival, everything can be prepared around you: bedrooms, transfers, dining, reservations and every moment of your stay.

The 2026 rate card is published on most villa pages, week by week, tax included; the others are on request. Availability changes constantly, so write to enquiries@frenchrivieravillas.fr or call +33 6 48 23 25 34 and we will confirm your dates within the hour.
02What is included in the rental?
It depends on the house, and each villa page gives the details. In most of them: house staff, continental breakfast, arrival and departure transfers, two hours of massage on arrival, organic cotton linen, fresh flowers and toiletries. À la carte services are charged separately.
03Are the villas permanently staffed?
Yes. Every house is cleaned daily and looked after by a dedicated manager. Most also have a chef, a butler, a concierge and a security guard on site from 11 pm to 7 am; elsewhere these services can be added on request. Each villa page gives the details.
04Where are the villas located?
Four villas sit on the heights of Villefranche-sur-Mer, facing Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, between Nice and Monaco. A fifth is in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat itself, and a sixth in Marbella, on the Costa del Sol. Exact addresses are shared once the rental contract is signed.
05How many guests can you accommodate?
Between ten and twenty guests depending on the house, in four to ten bedrooms, all with their own bathroom.
06Can a chef cook during the stay?
Yes. Menus are set by a Michelin-starred chef, from casual meals to gourmet dinners, and in most villas the cellar is curated by a Meilleur Ouvrier de France sommelier. Specific diets and allergies are settled before you arrive.
07Is there a spa in the villas?
Most houses have a wellness centre with spa, sauna and heated indoor pool, plus a fully equipped gym; treatments use Mediterranean organic cosmetics and two hours of massage are offered on arrival. Each villa page lists what the house offers.
