Across 750 square metres, five en-suite bedrooms open onto private balconies or terraces, while the main living spaces make the most of the views over Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat and the Mediterranean beyond.

Wellness is an integral part of the house, with a spa, sauna, heated indoor pool, massage room and fully equipped gym. A private cinema, wine cellar and lift serving every level add to the sense of ease throughout the villa.

Outside, the heated pool overlooks the bay, creating a natural setting for slow mornings, long afternoons and evenings at home.

Villefranche-sur-Mer

Set between Nice and Monaco, Villefranche-sur-Mer curves around a deep Mediterranean bay facing Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. Its colourful old town descends towards the waterfront, where fishing boats, terraces and yachts share one of the Côte d'Azur's most recognisable settings.

Behind the harbour, narrow streets climb through the historic centre past the Rue Obscure, the citadel and the Chapelle Saint-Pierre, decorated by Jean Cocteau.
